Service

HotelPromote provides marketing planning, task coordination, reminders, calendar export and progress-reporting tools for hotels. It does not itself publish content to third-party platforms or guarantee bookings, revenue or marketing results.

Accounts and access

Users must keep their sign-in access secure, provide accurate information and use only hotel workspaces they are authorised to access. Hotel managers are responsible for notifying HotelPromote when staff access should change.

Customer responsibilities

Hotels remain responsible for approving marketing content, verifying prices and availability, obtaining image rights, complying with advertising rules and completing assigned tasks.

Calendar and notifications

Browser notifications depend on device settings and may require the portal to remain open. Calendar downloads are one-time copies and do not automatically synchronise later changes.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material or interfere with platform operation.

Availability and liability

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Commercial liability, payment, cancellation and support terms will be confirmed in each customer agreement.
