A reservation remains confirmed if the guest does not complete optional online payment. Your hotel’s cancellation policy applies.
Prepare Before Opening Sales
Set up physical rooms, prices, photos, policies and contact details. Reconcile existing reservations and blocks, then verify the complete booking journey.
External PMS and OTA availability is not automatically synchronised. Keep that inventory reconciled before accepting bookings through multiple systems.
